I’m a physician, mom, partner, daughter, sister, and friend. Like many of the patients I care for, I wear many hats in life and understand how essential it is to live in optimal health—not only for yourself, but also for your family and your future.
My path into medicine began with a deep appreciation for how nutrition and movement shape our long-term wellbeing. Early on, I saw how profoundly lifestyle choices influence vitality and resilience, leading me to earn a degree in Dietetics and Nutrition. That training deepened my fascination with human physiology and ultimately inspired my journey into medicine. I chose Emergency Medicine as my specialty because I was drawn to its immediacy and its power to save lives in critical moments.
Over time, I also came to recognize that many of the emergencies I treated could have been prevented with earlier, more personalized care. That realization strengthened my belief that prevention, precision, and proactive guidance are what truly change health trajectories—long before a crisis ever unfolds.
This understanding inspired me to expand my training into functional and precision medicine, so I could empower patients to take an active role in their health. My focus is on uncovering root causes and preventing illness before it becomes a crisis. I pursued advanced education through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, the Institute for Functional Medicine, and Columbia University’s Obesity Medicine program—bringing together the best of conventional medicine with cutting-edge, root-cause approaches.
